• Knowledge and background in NCAA rules
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
• Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to plan and organize effectively.
• Experience with social media platforms
• Prior experience with a collegiate, club, or professional soccer program

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with additional consideration for Masters

Job Description

Texas State Athletics is seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator for the Women’s Soccer program. This position is a full-time benefits eligible operations and coaching position, that reports to the Head Coach.

Job Duties

• Coordinate team meals and travel
• Responsible for individual, team, and opponent video breakdown using Wyscout
• Responsible for ARMs login of recruits, CARA logs, and official and unofficial visits
• Assist with training sessions and game day coaching
• Assist with all phases of recruiting
• Administration of camp website and organization of summer camps
• Other coaching duties as assigned by head coach
