TITLE: OPS Staff

DEPARTMENT: Athletics

HOURS: 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday

FUNCTION: Tallahassee State College is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to assist Campus Recreation Manager and Academic Advisor with answering questions and resolving issues related to campus rec, scheduling staff, and assist athletics with pregame setup on game days to include any other duties assigned by the campus rec manager. Also, be able to assist students and/or parents in person or via telephone.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: OPS positions require at least a High School Diploma or GED with appropriate experience.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment and certain physical abilities as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform an essential function.
