Southeastern Louisiana University’s Department of Athletics, invites applicants for the position of Part Time Assistant Track and Cross Country Coach. The successful candidate will oversee cross country and distance student athletes and will assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate track and cross country program including instruction and training of student-athletes in on-court/field operations, physical and mental player development, motivation, mentorship, instilling disciplines and development technical skills through quality practice and excellent communication. This position is will also serve on a temporary basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
A minimum of one year of coaching experience.

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations in Division 1 Athletics
