Program Leadership & Operations
Recruiting & Student-Athlete Development - Organize and implement a strategic recruiting plan to attract outstanding student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically. - Ensure compliance with eligibility requirements and academic standards.

Program Leadership & Operations
Recruiting & Student-Athlete Development - Organize and implement a strategic recruiting plan to attract outstanding student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically. - Ensure compliance with eligibility requirements and academic standards. - Develop student-athletes through individualized training plans, leadership development, and mentorship.
Budget & Operations Management - Manage the program within the parameters of an approved budget, including forecasting expenses and optimizing financial resources. - Coordinate with the Head Women’s Indoor and Beach Volleyball Coach on budget requests, purchasing, and long-term financial planning. - Utilize business analytics to evaluate spending efficiency, recruitment effectiveness, and overall program performance.
Scheduling & Logistics - Coordinate game and practice schedules in collaboration with the Head Coach and Associate Athletic Director. - Oversee transportation logistics, including travel arrangements for team competitions, lodging, and meals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. - Schedule and coordinate game officials for all home contests.
Equipment & Facilities Management - Oversee equipment procurement, inventory management, and maintenance, ensuring all gear meets competitive and safety standards. - Develop a system to track usage, lifespan, and replacement needs for equipment and apparel. - Coordinate facility scheduling for practices, matches, camps, and special events.
Data Analytics & Performance Evaluation - Utilize performance analytics software to assess individual and team performance, improving training strategies and game preparation. - Analyze recruiting trends, player statistics, and competition scouting reports to make data-driven decisions. - Implement film analysis and scouting reports to prepare the team for opponents, utilizing video breakdowns and statistical insights.
Camps, Clinics & Community Engagement - Plan, coordinate, and execute individual and team camps, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants while supporting fundraising initiatives. - Engage with the local and regional volleyball community to build strong relationships and enhance program visibility.
Additional Duties - Support the Head Women’s Indoor and Beach Volleyball Coach in all aspects of program development. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Department. - Coordinate with the Head Women’s Indoor and Beach Volleyball Coach
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assume the duties of the university Campus Security Authority (CSA), including but not limited to, reporting crimes as defined through the Clery Act and providing annual reporting statistics.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - The Assistant Women’s Indoor and Beach Volleyball Coach must be able to raise and lower volleyball nets, and - assist in setting up bleachers, scorer’s tables and player seating for intercollegiate contests. - Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
In accordance with the Campus Security Act as amended, Loyola University publishes annually and distributes to members of the academic community, and upon request to prospective (students/employees), an annual security report. That report includes current policies and procedures of the University Police Department for the reporting of campus crimes, notifying the campus community of occurrence of campus crimes, policies regarding access to campus buildings, the enforcement authority of the University Police Officers and their relationship to local police. University policies on the possession, use and sale of alcohol and illegal drugs are outlined. The Campus sexual Assault Program and policy is described. Campus crime statistics as defined under this law for the last three calendar years are included. A copy of this report may be secured from the (Office of Admissions), (Office of Human Resources), or from the University Police Department.
