JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Assistant for High-Performance Position will support the goals and directions of the High Performance-Olympic Sports department. This position will report to the Assistant Athletic Director for High Performance - Olympic Sports and will support day-to-day operations pertaining to performance and systems management. The Assistant for High Performance must be a self-starter that actively engage with other members of the department to find solutions to performance related problems around all of Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics.
