Department-Specific Responsibilities
Helps provide support in the management and administration of all aspects of the program.
Assists with aspects of the recruitment process, including development of recruitment plans and targeting potential student-athletes.
Helps develop a strength training and conditioning program.
Attends practices and games, as well as helps with game planning efforts.
Provides and supervises academic support opportunities.
Breaks down film and performs analysis.
Supports in-game management functions.
Helps develop and implement strategies for motivating and retaining student-athletes.
Helps coordinate fundraising events and participates in fundraising and community service projects.
Assists with coordinating travel arrangements.
Enforces policies and procedures as outlined in the student-athlete handbook, team rules, and university student handbook.
Performs other duties as assigned by Head Coach.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
3 years of collegiate, high school, club coaching, or relevant experience
Experience mentoring students
Preferred
Collegiate playing experience
SKILLS
Required
Proficient communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of NAIA and/or National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) compliance rules and regulations
Computer experience and working knowledge of game film editing software (i.e., HUDL, Synergy, Krossover)
Working Conditions / Demands
Ability to work/travel with team early mornings and afternoons, evening, and weekends as necessary.

Advertised Salary
Up to $10,000 annually based on hours worked and seasonal program needs.

Hours vary by time of year.
