Job Description:

A Part-time Assistant Coach Men's Tennis is need. Duties include supporting head coach with daily practices, leading player development, managing travel logistics, and actively recruiting talented student-athletes. Candidates need college tennis experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule for practices and matches.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting: Identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes, manage correspondence, and assist with campus visits.
• Practice Planning: Design and run drills, condition players, and track team performance metrics.
• Match Support: Assist with line-up strategies, warm-ups, and in-match coaching during dual matches.
• Administration: Help coordinate travel itineraries, equipment maintenance, and academic monitoring.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: Collegiate tennis playing or coaching background.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of current tennis rules and NCAA regulations.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and weekends.
