Indiana University East Athletics is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Track and Field Coach. This position plays a key role in recruiting, developing, and mentoring student-athletes while contributing to a positive and competitive team culture. All duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of affiliated national, regional, and state intercollegiate athletic associations, the NAIA, and the University.

This role requires sedentary work as well as durations of moving around the workplace. This role frequently requires the ability to handle or operate objects, controls, or tools listed above. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
This role may include coaching in hot and cold indoor facilities, and exposure to elements such as fumes, inadequate lighting, glare, awkward working position, dust, etc. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
