Position:
Part-Time Athletics Advancement Assistant
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Chief Development Officer and Assistant Director ofDevelopment with the implementation of team based alumni events, department special events, alumni communications,Eagles Club hospitality and donor relations.
Events include alumni days, golf outings, banquets and road receptions.
Act as social media source, developing ideas and implementation of content across all electronic platforms, internetbroadcasts and website maintenance. Assist with content, design and production process for print collateral.
Successful candidate will coordinate recording and updating of donor attendance and giving records.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part-Time.
This is a temporary position.
