The Head Women’s Swim Coach is responsible for the overall leadership and administration of the University of New England’s varsity women’s swimming program. Competing at the NCAA Division III level, the program is an affiliate member of the Little East Conference. This is a part-time position with an annual stipend of $18,000.

Directs all aspects of the swimming program, including coaching, recruitment, student-athlete development, compliance, and program operations. This position fosters a culture that promotes a positive student-athlete experience, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence while ensuring full compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA rules, regulations, and policies.
