Position Summary Information
| Position Summary |
Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for the organization and supervision of Strength and Conditioning activities for the SRU Department of Athletics. Responsible for management, direction, and oversight of all aspects of a competitive, progressive strength and conditioning program for a 17-sport NCAA Division II athletics program. Adhere to all rules and regulations mandated by Slippery Rock University, the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

| Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor’s Degree and two years of strength and conditioning experience as well as demonstrated skills in developing and motivating student-athletes for athletic and personal success and must possess effective communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
Certification through a nationally recognized strength and conditioning program.

| Preferred Qualifications |
Master’s Degree in related field.
First Aid and Safety and CPR certifications. |
