Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Head Volleyball Coach, this position is responsible for assisting with the scouting and statistical analysis of the University’s varsity volleyball program. The Technical Coordinator will primarily provide assistance to coaching staff during practices and games. This position requires frequent interaction with the head coach and assistant coaches to help promote a successful and positive athletic experience for all volleyball student-athletes. This position works under general supervision of the head coach.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Responsible for analyzing the performance of volleyball student-athletes and opponents.
Assist with the implementation of the practice plans approved and/or established by the head coach.
Works with coaches to determine progress and making strategic recommendations as needed.
Attends practices and games.
Assists coaching staff with administrative tasks, as assigned by the head coach. This includes but is not limited to video upload and gameday operations.
