Position Title: Part-Time Assistant Coach, Women’s Lacrosse

Job Overview: The Assistant Coach for the Women’s Lacrosse program works under the direction of the head coach and assists with the administration of a successful Division III athletic program. Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, instructing, advising, counseling, and other administrative duties as assigned by the head coach or Athletic Director.
Essential Functions:
Serve as a positive role model for all student-athletes and represent Albertus Magnus College in a professional, responsible, and positive manner.
Follow all NCAA, conference, and Athletics Department guidelines.
Foster a culture of compliance with NCAA rules and regulations, and to assist with the promotion of an environment of institutional control over intercollegiate athletics by Albertus Magnus College.
All other duties as assigned by the head coach, Director of Athletics and/or athletic administrative staff.

Special Work Schedule Requirements : This position includes weekend and evening hours.
Graduate Assistant Coaches are expected to fulfill a commitment to the Athletic Department in line with the department commitment to educational benefits as outlined in the Graduate Assistant Contract and handbook.
A Graduate Assistant Coach is expected to meet the expectations regarding time and performance as established by the Head Coach and the department.
