The Program Assistant will report to the Director of Track & Field/Cross Country. The Program Assistant?s primary responsibility will be in coordinating all official and unofficial recruiting visits for
Track & Field/Cross Country prospects. Additionally, the Program Assistant will support the Recruiting Coordinator in the strategic implementation of recruiting messaging to prospects. The Program Assistant will also support the Director of Operations in their duties where needed. The Program Assistant's responsibilities are restricted and defined by NCAA and Big Ten rules and guidelines and University policies. This position will work cooperatively with student-athletes, coaches, and athletic department staff.
This position will last 44-52 weeks, approx 26 hours per week
