Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Athletics Ticket Office. This position will provide professional assistance, under the supervision of the Director of Ticket Operations, with the operation of the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Office. This position executes all aspects of Ticket Office operations including ticket fulfillment, processing, promotions, customer services.Among the key duties of this position are the following: Serves as the ATO liaison and main point contact for running ticket operations for Women’s Basketball. This position will also serve as a secondary event manager for Wrestling. Provides a heavy phone presence and maintains the highest level of customer service with Season Ticket Holders, Students, Alumni, Faculty/Staff, General Public and Sales Team. Hires, manages and develops our ticket operations interns. Responsible for effectively invoicing, processing, allocating, printing, and mailing all ticket/parking orders. Assists in ticket office operations at all ticketed events (Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Wrestling and Men’s Lacrosse). Assists the daily game operations of all ticketed sports for high school, conference, NCAA and other outside events hosted by Rutgers University. General office duties including but not limited to faxing, copying, filing etc. Handles various projects and assignments as needed. Works with our R Fund team on ticket fulfillment for our donors. Manages digital ticket transfers for our Olympic sport recruits.

Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. The flexible work arrangements outlined in Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 are part of a pilot program that is effective September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2024. Therefore, there is no guarantee that this flexible work arrangement will continue beyond that date. Flexible work arrangements are not permanent, are subject to change or cancellation and contingent on the employee receiving approval in the FlexWork@RU Application System. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
1-2 Years of ticket office experience. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sport Management. Knowledge of Paciolan or Ticketmaster, Adobe Photoshop and Salesforce CRM preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite, Paciolan (Ticketing System), Salesforce CRM
Nights and weekends will be required.
