Job Description:
Function: To collaborate with the Head Football coach and Offensive or Defensive Coordinator to develop and implement weekly practice and game plans to maximize player abilities. Operate as mentor and developer.
Scope: This position will be a Part-Time contract position with no benefits, coaching players as directed by the head coach and assisting with Special Teams. It will require daily meetings with the head football
coach and offensive staff, leading player meetings, and practicing and coaching on game-day competitions. This is an in-season position that requires daily work volume. Minimal recruiting responsibilities required/expected for this position (no road recruiting required)
JOB DUTY
Typical: Assist the assigned coordinator in practice preparation with the organization of positional drills, player reps and player rotations. Evaluate the opponent's defensive box personnel and assist in creating a weekly game plan. Gameday duties will vary and be assigned by both the head coach and respective coordinator
Periodic: Travel for competition and periodic weekend involvement in recruiting events.
Cooperates and collaborates with other employees in the spirit of
teamwork and collegiality.
Complies with all of Trinity University policies and guidelines.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
EDUCATION
Required:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Master's degree or equivalent.
