  • Head Men’s & Women’s Track and Field Coach (Part-Time/Possible Full-Time with other responsibilities)

 

General Description: Bryant and Stratton College’s (Wisconsin) Athletic Department is seeking a Head Men’s & Women’s Track and Field coach. All B&SC sports compete at the NJCAA Division I or II level (scholarship offering) in Region 4.  The Bobcats have been successful in the NJCAA and have featured All-Americans in track and field. Coaches are responsible for the overall recruitment, development and advancement of a competitive athletic program while demonstrating high moral and ethical standards and positive sportsmanship. The head coach must focus not only on excellence on the track but recognize and emphasize academic excellence in the classroom as well. The head coach, along with the athletic director, must operate within the budget to meet the team needs and enforce rules pertaining to the College, student conduct, and governing rules and regulations. The Coach is responsible for building relationships, the coordination of the enrollment process, working with internal and external athletic facilities and the management of their teams and fundraising.
