The Public Information Associate (Communications Associate) will have responsibility for enhancing the digital presence for UIC Athletics as it relates to the publicity and media relations duties of their assigned sports. Those duties include assisting in capturing and editing video, graphic design, coordinating social media efforts, and more. In addition, the associate will assist with event recaps, media guides/record books, website maintenance, press releases, statistical record-keeping and game day operations. Other duties include the promotion of assigned sports to local/national media, fulfilling game day roles at games and events as scheduled and other duties as assigned.
