The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for providing direct assistance in football recruitment activities, as well as preparation and execution of football operations with respect to practice, game day, film, and recruiting. The Quality Control Coordinator reports to the Head Coach.

Job Duties

- Assist in direct recruitment activities to include scheduling official and unofficial visits, assessing/evaluating prospective student athletes, etc…
- Assist in practice preparation to include drawing scout cards, running the scout team, and assisting with any practice needs.
- Assist with gameday duties including charting and reporting opponent tendencies as well as providing analytical insight and analysis to the head coach from the press box.
- Assist with film breakdown to include analysis and input of opponent breakdown and practice data.
- Input recruitment prospect sheets to include prospective student athletes and respective films, as well as provide feedback on PSA’s to position coach.
- Assist with any unofficial visits and official visits on campus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must exhibit good judgment in advising and counseling student-athletes.
- Be able to identify and participate in resolution of departmental/institutional problems with continuous quality improvement as a goal.

- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.

| Required Work Experience |
Two (2) years of football coaching experience. Note that four (4) years of football collegiate playing experience will be considered for one year of required experience.

Must have a valid driver license, driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW.

Business hours of Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm with flexibility; extended hours as required, including weekends, evenings and some holidays based on team schedule.

| Physical Demands |
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat to retrieve recruitment materials.
- Ability to push/pull recruiting carts holding up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to actively engage in recruitment events for extended periods of time.
- Ability to regularly move about campus and recruitment event venues to actively engage potential/current athletes, as well as attend meetings on and off campus.
