Football
The Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics sponsors 24 intercollegiate sports, comprised of 14 women’s and 10 men’s programs, that compete at the Division I level. The Scarlet Knights are members of the prestigious Big Ten Conference, the nation’s premier academic and athletic conference, after officially joining the league on July 1, 2014. Known as “The Birthplace of College Football, Rutgers hosted Princeton on Nov. 6, 1869 in the first intercollegiate football game, with RU earning a 6-4 victory.
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Quality Control-Player Development for the Football Team.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Oversee the character development of the football team in concert with the Head Football Coach and within the rules of the
NCAA
and Rutgers University.

| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 2 years college level experience in coaching and/or administrative responsibilities in the sport of football

| Certifications/Licenses |
- Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands; a valid driver’s license would be required for this position.

- Knowledge of the BIG TEN Football Conference and NCAA rules and regulations
- Computer literate
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 60.1.35 Immunization Policy for Rutgers Employees and Prospective Employees, Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to receive an updated (bivalent) vaccine dose.
