The Quality Control Specialist - Analyst position will support their assigned sports program but breaking down opponents' schemes and providing detailed reports, cutups, playbooks, and game books in support of the programs overall gameplay success and strategy.
Job Duty 1 -
Work with coaching staff in the off-season to plan, create, and implement philosophies for the assigned sport program
Job Duty 2 -
Support the sport in creation of a program playbook. Ensure collaboration with position coaches to synthesize an incorporate input into the playbook
Job Duty 3 -
Participate in offensive meetings and assist the coaching staff in creating a game plan and strategy for each opponent
Job Duty 4 -
Input and edit video from each practice to support the student-athlete game development
Job Duty 5 -
Breakdown each opponent's game plan and schemes
Job Duty 6 -
Compile post practice grading reports in support of student-athlete performance
Job Duty 7 -
Assist with opponent scouting through analysis and breakdown of game film and creation of scouting reports
Job Duty 8 -
Perform other related job duties assigned
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
0-2 years of job-related experience.
This job requires thorough knowledge of video review and performance analysis tools and digital video acquisition, analysis, and play-back software.
Preferred Experience
Thorough knowledge of the SportsCode/Hudl, Synergy Fast Model, HoopsIQ, DAOR
Proficiency in the use of basic computer applications and Knowledge of applicable Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations.
