The Recruiting Analyst will work with the Director of Recruiting to direct and oversee all aspects of the Division I Football program recruiting. Individual will be responsible for operational and analytical duties for run defense duties, including film breakdown and analysis. Individual must be familiar with Division I football programs. The position will demonstrate an understanding and commitment to athletics programs at NCAA Division I level, have a commitment to academic mission of Utah State University, a commitment to the academic success of the student-athletes, serve as a positive role model for student-athletes on and off the field, work well with students, facility, staff and community.
Strong working knowledge and understanding of all NCAA rules and regulationsregarding compliance issues. Violation of conference or NCAA regulation, as well as those policies of theUniversity, could create negative publicity and jeopardize the University in conference or NCAA standings.Violations by employees will be documented andhandledon an individual basis and can be cause for dismissal.

The environment and physical requirements may change depending on the specific function of the work each department performs. Incumbents may be in both indoor and outdoor environments. This position requires considerable physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.) and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects. Employees must be prepared to assume uncomfortable positions, such as crawling, kneeling, and squatting.
