Target hiring range for this position will be between $50,000-$52,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Job Summary:
The Recruiting and Scouting Analyst is a position designed to introduce the individual to all aspects of a Big 10 football recruiting department. The objective of the position is to assist the recruiting and coaching staff with all recruiting and scouting efforts including film evaluation, on-campus recruiting, and recruiting travel.
