The Athletics Game Day Staff will work with our Athletics Game Day team to cover the duties at the table during home game competitions and special events. They will help to cover multiple aspects of in-game operations and communications. Duties may be wide-ranging but will likely be focused on assisting in game day operations.
Primary Duties:
Under direct supervision of the Athletic Director and Head Coaches, is responsible for game day duties such as scorekeeping, game stats and or clock management.
Assist with managing game day functions at Media table during the game, such as: scorekeeping, game statistics, shot clock, video board, and running game sheets to respective members of staff and officials.
Scorekeeper:
Responsible for updating the scoreboard throughout the game with time, scores, fouls, and other needed information.
Statistician: Responsible for maintaining stats throughout the game and/or inputting manual/live stats online, for official NJCAA and conference stats purposes, and for teams and coaches.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director or Head Coach.
This is a part-time (temporary) position and will work up to 19 hours per week (9-Month). This position will work evenings and weekends as home game schedule permits.
