This is a senior, supervisory position charged with leading all elements of donor acquisition and retention for the Hamilton Fund, one of the top performing college annual giving programs in the US. Working as part of the leadership team with the Director of Annual Giving and the Senior Associate Director for dollar growth, the Senior Associate Director will be responsible for donor growth, setting strategy and directing key programs. The Senior Associate Director also will supervise, develop and mentor an Associate Director and a team of student interns.
This is an exempt position with a pay range of $80,000-$90,000.

This is a senior, supervisory position charged with leading all elements of donor acquisition and retention for the Hamilton Fund, one of the top performing college annual giving programs in the US. Working as part of the leadership team with the Director of Annual Giving and the Senior Associate Director for dollar growth, the Senior Associate Director will be responsible for donor growth, setting strategy and directing key programs. The Senior Associate Director also will supervise, develop and mentor an Associate Director and a team of student interns.
This is an exempt position with a pay range of $80,000-$90,000.
They will be responsible for:
(1) Formulating and executing the donor-acquisition and retention strategy aimed at returning Hamilton to 50% alumni participation;
(2) Developing and executing strategy to engage GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) alumni, who currently make up 25% of the alumni base;
(3) Directing the volunteer engagement for all non-reunion classes;
(4) Using data analytics tools to track, analyze and report on donor growth and development;
(5) Leading Athletics fundraising and Give Days;
(6) Supervising the Chapel Bell recurring giving program;
(7) Directing Student Philanthropy and Senior Gift Campaign;
(8) Directing the student intern phone-a-thon program
(9) Managing a portfolio of alumni and parent prospects who give more than $1,000 annually to the Hamilton Fund
Responsibilities:
Staff management and development (30% of time allocation):
