Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Administration and Legal Affairs, they will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure financial success and support the overall mission and goals of the athletic program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies aligned with the athletic department's objectives and financial targets.
- Lead efforts to cultivate and maintain relationships with athletic department partners, donors, and other key stakeholders to create new revenue-generating opportunities.
- Build extensive presentations to help inform staff and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with key athletic department partners on the creation of new revenue-generating opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling sponsorship packages, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to attract sponsors and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, benchmark performance against industry standards, and identify new revenue opportunities to drive growth and competitiveness.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue performance, measure the effectiveness of revenue generation efforts, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to develop annual revenue forecasts, monitor revenue targets, and ensure financial accountability.

Provides input on strategic development of unit, directs donor research activities and events, and/or completes personnel management activities in alignment with business engagement related institutional strategic goals. - 50% Evaluates existing strategies and makes recommendations to unit leadership for program enhancement - 25% Identifies, proposes, and implements new or revised unit operational policies and procedures - 10% Plans and directs staff implementation of new and existing business outreach events, programs, communications, and research activities - 10% Monitors portfolio activity and market share and disseminates updates to leadership and appropriate entities - 5% Assists with implementing the unit personnel resource allocation plan including hiring, training, supervision, and resolution of personnel issues

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
