JOB SUMMARY:

Clemson University Athletics is looking for a Senior Offensive Assistant & Assistant Quarterbacks (QB) Coach to fulfill the following duties:

• Directs quality control assessments for the offensive coaching staff. 
• Provides primary support to the Coordinator assisting with all facets of charting, video analysis and scouting; developing and/or presenting weekly scouting reports to coaches; assisting with on-campus recruiting an and camps as assigned and representing football program at selected departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES:

50% - Essential - Offensive Coordinator Support:
Provides support to the Offensive Coordinator, including quality control study of each game, quality control review over an entire season including charting/breakdown of personnel, down/distance, field positions, etc., as well as preparation of play books and scout books.

20% - Essential - Assistant Coach and Personnel Support:
Assist Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Assistant Coach(es) with daily personnel management (housing, academics, off-field issues, etc). Serve as the primary contact for academic status reports.

20% - Essential - Scouting Reports:
Produce weekly scouting report for each opponent (personnel breakdown, tendencies, injuries, etc.) and assist with game day charting. This includes charting/entering game data for self-scout as well as opponent scouting. Directs game day video logistics and review by the coaches and student-athletes.

10% - Essential - Recruiting: 
Assists with on-campus recruiting visits, including Junior Day, All-In Cookout, and Football Banquet. Assists with tours of campus for prospects. Assists with the organization of recruit videos files. Assists with recruit mail outs. Supports recruiting staff as needed. Demonstrates knowledge of the recruiting plan and strong interpersonal skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education - Bachelor's Degree 

Work Experience - 1+ Year(s) experience directly related to area of employment, extensive knowledge of ACC, NCAA rules.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Work Experience - Work experience that is directly related to area of employment. Must have a knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Must be able to communicate effectively.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Standard Hours: 40 Hours / Week

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
