Works with business groups to solve more complex problems using technology. Analyzes advanced business needs and evaluates complex business processes to recommend process enhancements. Assists in helping junior and more senior business analysts with complex projects.
This position will provide technical and functional support for the curriculum management system (Curriculog), catalog management system (Acalog), transcript ordering system (Parchment), NCAA eligibility and certification, office website, document imaging system (Perceptive Content), and other service areas within the office. Must have excellent technical skills, analytical skills, and communication skills.

Essential Functions -Provide technical and functional support for third-party systems Acalog and Curriculog -Design, develop, and maintain applications used in certifying student athletes, including data analytics software -Analysis of new applications and further enhance existing systems -Perform other duties as required, such as special projects, in addition to provide technical assistance, research, analysis, and testing for other service areas in the Office of the University Registrar -Provide application support, technical training, and guidance for the office’s document imagining system, curriculum management system, catalog management system, and transcript ordering and fulfillment system.
Physical Effort Occasional lifting and transportation of personal computers and related equipment (approximately 30 pounds, maximum) is required. Mobility to attend meetings throughout campus. Some travel may be required.
