Position Summary

As program administrator for the Men’s and Women’s Alpine Ski Team you will be assisting the team in a variety of ways. The skills that will be gained on and off the ski hill will include: helping to set up training sessions, marketing/fundraising for the team, understanding the administrative and logistical needs of the team, video recording and analysis, along with many others. All of these skills will be gained while working in a fun and supportive environment. You will be able to use all of the competencies learned through this training in your future career.

Required Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Team player, assisting in a variety of ways. Basic knowledge of alpine skiing. Organization and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Ski Racing background. Ability to record and analyze video. Understanding of marketing/fundraising. Newsletter/social media knowledge.

Career Readiness Competencies student will develop through this position.

Additional Requirements

Extended hours, including evenings and weekends will be required., Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch required., Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds required.
