Duties/Responsibilities
| Duties/Responsibilities |
• Practice Expectations
o Assist coaches with setting up practice
 Have all required equipment ready for practice
 Ensure balls are inflated
o Assist with shagging balls, keeping time/score
o Assist coaches and players with picking up equipment post practice
 Confirm all balls are accounted for post practice
o Film
o Wash vest every Thursday
• Game Day Expectations
o Set up video equipment per Robert’s instructions and film during the game
o Help Operations Coordinator with any game day preparations
 Uniforms & gear
o Set out folding chairs for each team’s staff
o Coordinate with training staff about hydration stations
o Have all equipment (balls, cones, pinnies) out to our bench
o Assist with setting up pre-game warm-up
o Assist with shagging balls during warm up
o Collect and store equipment after warm-up
o Possibly will be asked to chart opponents during the game
o Post Game:
 Collect all equipment and store it
 Make sure video equipment is properly stored
 Collect folding chairs
 Help with any post game food / nutrition
• Travel
o Coordinate with Operations Coordinator on travel needs
 Bags/uniforms/gear/travel equipment
o Ensure video equipment is charged and packed for trip
o Will not be required to travel to all away games. Will only travel when we take the entire team.
o Assist in loading bus/vehicle/plane
o Assist in unloading when asked to travel
• Miscellaneous Duties:
o Availability to assist on special weekends (Official Visits etc)
o Occasional inventory of Equipment Room
