Brief Summary of Work for this Position

The Special Assistant to the

MBB

Head Coach provides support to the Men’s Basketball Head Coach to include:

Managing calendars and schedules

Purchasing supplies and materials

Correspondence and reception

Developing and maintaining department reports

Office management; team, coach and recruit

Travel arrangements and reimbursements

Other administrative functions as they relate to providing support

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Preferred education, professional skills and experience

Knowledge of/ experience working with intercollegiate athletic programs.
