Summary of Job Duties: Under the direction of the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, this position shall include responsibilities to include scouting film, postgame film; short term and long term strategic advice to the Head Coach, to include program leadership, program budget advisory, NIL/booster relations, and player mentorship; mentor graduate assistants; and for other duties as assigned.
Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Prior experience working with a college or professional basketball program
Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and development of student-athletes
