Albright College is seeking applications for a full-time Assistant Football Coach. Essential Job Functions:

1. Assist head coach with day to day football operations and on-field coaching.
2. Coordinate all aspects of Special Teams
3. Assistant Director of Football Operations
4. Coach assigned positional players on and off the field.
5. Recruit prospective student athletes on & off campus. Evaluate & qualify all recruits in assigned areas.
6. Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
7. Set up and monitor student athlete academic sessions.
8. Upload game film, breakdown game film and prepare scouting reports (both video and text).
9. Assist with program fundraising.
10. Oversee planning and implementation of summer golf outing.
11. Assist with team social media pages.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

1. COMMUNICATION:

   1. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
   2. Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to maintain team pages.

2. SKILLS:

   1. Playing and/or coaching football necessary.
   2. Demonstrated commitment to building an inclusive and equitable Albright community, as described in Albright College’s Inclusivity and Equity Statement.

3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:

   1. Coaching experience at high school or college level.

4. EDUCATION:

   1. College degree or equivalent required.

5. LICENSES:

   1. Driver’s license required.
   2. Child clearances required.
