Sports Facilities Supervisor

Assign, monitor, direct, train, and evaluate work of Field Facilities Attendants and student employees to ensure cleanliness, attractiveness, and timely set-ups of all athletic, recreation or physical education venues and special events, facilities, courts, or fields.
Eighteen months of training or education beyond high school or equivalent.
Three through five years of experience in building services and grounds maintenance, including at least one year of first-line supervisory experience; must possess and maintain a valid Indiana Driver’s License and be insurable under the university’s auto fleet policy.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Associate’s degree.
More than one year first-line supervisory experience; experience working with bargaining unit employees; experience working in a high school, university, or sports/recreation environment; personal computer and software proficiency.
