Lake Forest College is accepting applications for the position of Sports Marketing Specialist. This position is a full-time administrative staff appointment with benefits. The chosen candidate will support the mission and goals of the department and College.

Responsibilities : The position, under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Strategic Communication and Administration, will join a vibrant team of professionals who are passionate about Lake Forest’s athletic programs. This position requires technical skills, creativity, ambition, and a demonstrated ability to plan and meet deadlines. This individual will oversee all Live Broadcast production, streaming, and video highlights for 25 varsity sports at home athletic contests. The role is responsible for managing student employees, developing high quality video and photo content, and broadcast graphics. The individual will assist with the social media campaigns of the athletic department. This position will also oversee equipment and software used in the athletic department for marketing purposes. Significant evening and weekend responsibilities are required.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Candidates must have demonstrated proficiency in videography, video editing, and live streaming.
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Strong commitment to working in intercollegiate athletics and the principles that guide Division III athletics.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: $45,000-$52,000
