Job Description:

USC Athletics is looking to hire an Sports Operations Manager, Football to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals. This role is responsible for supporting the football recruiting department in all operational needs as well as providing support to our coaching staff.

The Sports Operations Manager, Football will work in collaboration with the football support and student-athlete academic services departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office as well as experience with player databases. Additionally, successful candidates should possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of and experience working in higher education is preferred, along with an understanding of the unique culture and needs of college athletes.

This is an exempt position with work expected in the evenings and assigned weekends.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assists with the execution of all on-campus football, recruiting & special event programming, with a primary focus on official visits, unofficial visits, game day recruiting programming, and junior days.
