Duties and Responsibilities:In charge of strength and conditioning activities of all Northwestern Athletics programs by providing expert instruction in the uses of weight machines and conditioning equipment while being able to tailor workouts to the specific needs of each program or individual student-athlete. Responsible for compliance with policies and procedures of Northwestern, the GAC, NCAA and other regulatory agencies.
