Requirements

Under the direction of the Head of Sports Performance, the Sports Performance Coach - in a temporary role - provides evaluation, instruction, accountability, and implementation of speed development, cardiovascular conditioning, or injury prevention as it pertains to their sport in the arena of play. As well, they provide weight room assistance, program implementation, speed enhancement, and conditioning components for all student-athletes. Reporting directly to the Head of Sports Performance, the candidate has additional duties that include but are not limited to:
