Key Duties & Responsibilities:
2. Designs total conditioning programs applicable to all sports during pre-season, in-season and off-season periods and separate programs of weight training, running, flexibility or secondary rehabilitation to meet the needs of individual position areas.
4. Adheres to all institution, conference and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations. Reports all known NCAA violations in accordance with institutional, conference and NCAA policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Certified through a nationally accredited strength and conditioning certification program required.
