offers 15 sports at the
NCAA
Division I level, with more than 300 student-athletes in the sports of men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor track and field, men’s and women’s swimming and diving, women’s volleyball, women’s tennis, and baseball.
Under the direction of the Director of Strength and Conditioning, this position will design, implement and supervise strength and conditioning programs for male and female student athletes. Provide and/or assist coaches with technique instruction in strength training and program design within the scope of the sport. Provide Athletic Department staff and student athlete education and development in strength, conditioning, and nutrition. Assist in proper setup, use and maintenance of conditioning equipment. In addition, other duties as assigned.
The incumbent shall know, recognize, and comply with the laws, policies, rules and regulations governing University and its employees, and the rules of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”) and the applicable Conference, as now constituted or as they may be amended during the Term of this agreement. Employee shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all assistant coaches, and any other employees for whom Employee is administratively responsible, comply with aforesaid policies, rules, and regulations.

At least one year of collegiate strength and conditioning experience with direct oversight of teams
Demonstrated experience working with Track & Field
Demonstrated experience working with 1 or more of the following sports: Men’s or Women’s Soccer, Men’s or Women’s Basketball, or Men’s or Women’s Volleyball.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with sport coaching staffs and sports medicine staffs
Salary will be commensurate with experience
