This position reports to the Head Women's Basketball Coach and is responsible for providing coaching and administrative assistance in the daily operation of the Women's Basketball Strength & Conditioning program.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Women's Basketball Strength & Conditioning program
• Develop player training programs
• Coordinate speed training and conditioning drills/workouts
• Perform designated practice and game responsibilities
• Assist with Catapult
• Be able to understand, explain and demonstrate all exercises and drills in the program
• Coordinate weight room cleaning and organization
• Assist with recruiting visits as needed
• Give ongoing updates of any and all pertinent info to the coaching staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
• Certification by CsCCA is necessary of this position per NCAA regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification is necessary of this position per NCAA regulations.
• Previous Strength & Conditioning experience, collegiately and/or professionally, is necessary.
• Knowledge and understanding of NCAA and SEC compliance rules and regulations is necessary.
