The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Strength & Conditioning Coordinator to perform a variety of duties related to strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes. Assists in the implementation of sport-specific strength, agility, conditioning, and speed programs for Women's Basketball and other sports as assigned. Oversees general activities in the weight room to ensure proper procedures and lift protocols are followed. Assists in monitoring of the student-athletes’ work ethic, techniques, and proper training skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or a related field and two years of related experience training at a collegiate or professional level
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) OR Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC)*
Flexible, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
Ability to work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extensive overnight travel
