Position Purpose

Assist store director with reconciliation of charges to student accounts for those customers paying with financial aid, including those students who possess 3rd party aid, athletic book scholarship and KC Scholars. Reconciliation of charges generated at POS, e-commerce and Inclusive Access. Cooperates with 3rd party billing staff in the Office of Student Accounts. Makes corrections as required.

Job skills include, but are not limited to:•Responds to inquiries from Office of Student Accounts and Athletics•Use effective and proper verbal and written communication skills•Ability to follow verbal and written instructions•Attention to detail is a must•Accurate filing and other general office duties•Accurate & efficient computer data entry•Able to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Google Documents•Able to work with minimal supervision•Ability to follow a task, project or situation through to conclusion•Research and resolve discrepancies & issues•Maintain confidentiality•Required: Accounting Major•Sophomore or 30+ credit hours•Assist in other areas as assigned to include cashier duties
