to provide executive suite holders with an elevated game day experience through superb customer service!

Essential Functions

Suite Stocking Day (Friday)

Optional opportunity to assist in suite holder check-in, football program distribution, etc.

Game Day

Arrive early (3 1/2 hours prior to kick-off…suites open 2 1/2 hours prior to kick-off)

Assigned to suites to go in and check that suite is ready for Suiteholder (TV on, catering, special requests, etc.)

1 Suite Ambassador Captain and Co-Captain will be in each suite lobby

2 Suite Ambassadors will work suite will call

Suite Ambassadors will check tickets & hand out ‘pass out’ tickets in lobby

Suite Ambassadors will be positioned at each of the ramps & stairwells checking tickets

During the game be available to assist Suite holders

After game must stay 2 hours (unless kick-off is at 6pm or later, you would stay 1 hour after the game)

Will have scheduled break

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled student at Auburn University

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Rate

$12.00/hour
