Job Summary

• The Athletics Work Study Track & Field Student Assistant will work closely with the Track & Field coaching staff and student-athletes to provide support .

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Track & Field operations: including practice/game day equipment set-up/breakdown; equipment and practice area maintenance, laundry of game uniforms, assisting Coach with preparation and stats.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications; especially Word and Excel.
• Customer service skills and etiquette in dealing with customers in person and on the phone.

• Ability to alphabetize and file.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in organization is required.
• Previous office experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications & Education

• Current LSSC Student enrolled in at least 6-credit hours
• Hold, and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
• Minimum age of 18
