Job Summary

Student Assistants will work on a team comprised of their peers and professional staff in an effort to staff third party events and UWG Athletic events. 

Roles include but are not limited to the following: 

• Set up and tear down of the event 
• Security
• Ticket Scanning 
• Locker Room Liaison 
• Officials Liaison 
• Parking 
• Usher 
• Greeter 
• Any other duty assigned by direct supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Must be a current student at UWG enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. 
• Must be willing to work long hours.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Able to work weekends and nights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Event Management Experience 
• Customer Service Experience 
• Sport Management or related field major
