Job Summary

This position provides direct support for the Student-Athlete Experience Division, to include student-athlete development, career development initiatives, financial education, and leader development programming. This position is an appointment for 2024-2025 academic year, renewable after the first year at the discretion of the athletics department.This is not a formal Graduate Assistantship through the UK Graduate School, however, this position will include a combination of tuition waiver and monthly stipend not to exceed a pre-determined allocation. Additional compensation over the summer months will be determined at the discretion/need of the athletics department.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Passionate, dedicated, hard-working and organized with excellent written/verbal communication skills and a strong desire to pursue a career in the athletics student development field. Familiar with NCAA procedures and protocols.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Must be willing to work independently or in an office setting. Familiar with all office suite software.
