Southern New Hampshire University is currently seeking a Student Worker as an Athletic Communications Assistant for our Campus location to assist the Athletic Department staff with the management of Athletic Communications.

The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University is currently seeking a Student Worker as an Athletic Communications Assistant for our Campus location to assist the Athletic Department staff with the management of Athletic Communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep official statistics at games
• Serve as public address announcer
• Update website (snhupenmen.com)
• Provide game updates via social media outlets
• Draft press releases, including game previews
• Assist in webcasting
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrollment in an Undergraduate or Graduate Day program at SNHU

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work Study as part of their financial aid package
• Willingness to learn
• Night & weekend availability is required
• Experience with writing

Work Hours:

Games, as scheduled. Office hours, as needed. Total number of hours per week not to exceed20 hours per week.
