Position Description
| Advertised Job Summary |
Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development reports to the Assistant Athletic Director of Student Development and Brand Awareness and will be responsible for the approval, planning, and execution of two of the four mandatory educational sessions for student-athletes. The individual will assist the advisor to the student-athlete advisory committee and work with student-athletes to prepare them for life after sports.

Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Prefer experience working with students in collegiate athletics. Community outreach experience is helpful.

Plan and execute financial education and Spurs Up seminars annually. Responsible for all aspects of the program including but not limited to reserving meeting space, creating an attendee list to distribute to coaches, confirm presenters and materials for each session, execute the event and compile feedback from students.
