Job Description

ECU Department of Athletics Ticket Office is currently seeking several Athletic Ticket Office Assistants to work in the Athletics Ticket office.

The Office Assistants duties will include:

• Answer phones
• Provide customer service
• Sell tickets at events
• Process orders
• File
• Perform other ticket office duties as assigned.

The individuals will build quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with Pirate Club, Athletics, and University staff, students, business vendors and all donors and stakeholders.

The individuals will also abide by all written policies and procedures of ECU, the Department of Athletics, The Educational Foundation (Pirate Club), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and all applicable conferences or associations.
